Trucking and logistics company Jan de Rijk yesterday announced it had finalised its acquisition of De Rooy Logistics, for an undisclosed sum. The move will allow the company to expand faster in the automotive logistics sector. De Rooy is involved in a truck assembly line, giving Jan de Rijk greater integration for its automotive customers, according to LLL.com.
