Who carried October's air cargo?

Cargo Facts has done its usual thorough analysis of the traffic figures, which for October show Chinese and Turkish winners, and European and other Asian losers. As CF points out, airport volume growth indicates that the Middle Eastern carriers, which have not released figures, may account for much of that, given the general flat or down columns for many of the others.
