The Greencarrier Group has expanded its presence in Finland, with Greencarrier Freight Services Finland acquiring the freight forwarder Rahtihuolinta Oy.
The deal was finalized on 6 September with Greencarrier Freight Services Finland buying 100% of the shares from Mr Tapio Talasterä and Mrs Anne Pennala.
