Semi-conductor factory shifts to Saratoga, US

It has started. A semi-conductor factory is opening in Saratoga, outside New York. It cost $1 billion more than it would have cost to build outside the US. But with subsidies from the state, and suppliers starting to flock, it could be the start of a something new. And the forwarders are already moving in too.
