Express operators have slammed the failure of WTO countries to ratify the Bali Package of Customs Reforms, according to Lloyds Loading List. The deadline for the trade and customs deal passed last week, much to the disappointment of the integrators, which have been vocal in their support of world trade deals. The Express Association of America, representing the four leading integrators, was a signatory to a letter to G20 trade ministers, urging them to break the impasse, as well as part of a coalition helping the US government prepare for the launch of the deal.
