Adani Ports & SEZ Ltd, part of the Adani Group, a global integrated infrastructure player today said it had formed a joint venture with Switzerland-based MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company to operate the “Adani International Container Terminal Private Ltd” (AICTPL), in South Basin, the third container terminal at Mundra port.
