The UASC Barzan finally made it to UK shores at the weekend, calling at London Gateway, having missed its scheduled stop at Felixstowe after a fire broke out in one of its holds prompting a diversion to Rotterdam and a series of last-minute adjustments to its sailing schedule, much to the chagrin of shippers.
