ICAO downgrades Thailand's civil aviation over safety rules

It’s not been a good week for Thai aviation, after ICAO downgraded the country’s civil aviation department of Category 2, bringing it to the same level as nations including Angola, Eritrea, Haiti and Sierra Leone, among others.
