Norbert Dentressangle acquires Daher's freight forwarding arm

Following Norbert Dentressangle’s announcement on 16 July 2013 of the agreement to take over Daher’s freight forwarding activities, French competition authorities approved the acquisition on 26 September. The deal is now completed.
