Bangladeshi freight forwarders are causing a stir among the country’s shippers after they raised prices by 75% on imports at the start of the month. This, of course, hits exporters too, with rising costs. Freight forwarders are standing behind the decision, but protesters are calling it “arbitrary” and “illegal”.
