Maldives set to seize airport from GMR

Indian airport operator GMR has been thrown out of the Maldives, where it had a 25-year contract to run the airport. It has been told to quit by midnight on Friday, just two years into its lease, as the government has decided to run the airport itself. The government says services will not be affected. Interesting times.
