It is a sad fact that in the freight business there are a lot of opportunities for fraud. And some companies appear quick to take that opportunity, while others are just bad or slow payers. Here, Freight Deadbeats has its monthly list of forwarders and shippers that have failed to do as promised, complete with amounts owed. While the largest proportion – 16% – stems from India, they owe small amounts. The largest creditor hails from the US. FDB also lists companies it believes you can trust.
