May 24, 2015 at 5:50 pmOK so if it’s so common why aren’t the authorities setting up stings. e.g. planting SWAT teams in the back with the cargo. Tracking via satellite. Placing exploding ink in the cargo (like with bank money bags). When there’s a will there’s a way.
