Slightly misleading headline from the Harvard Business Review, but an interesting article which argues that a core principle of supply chain risk mitigation strategies is that shippers, freight service providers and insurers should develop them collaboratively – and execute them cooperatively – while governments need to incentivise the industry, just as they do on issues such as car safety.
