Small strikes seem to be breaking out in US ports. Following news that truckers walked off the job at Oakland at the start of the week over working conditions, it seems that services at Baltimore (pictured) have resumed after a three-day strike. Members of the ILA and three other unions were protesting over a contract at the US’s 11th largest port. The strike forced ships either to reroute cargo or wait.
