A new global study of 3PLs has been released, revealing shipper relationships, new supply chain strategies and the impact of increased globalisation – among other things. While there appears to be growth in outsourcing – although with more “contract churn” – shippers are increasingly concerned about their 3PLs’ IT capabilities.
