The UK’s Competition Authority has backed its initial decision to ban Eurotunnel from operating a Dover-Calais ferry service. It will publish its final decision next month, but has said that the Eurotunnel subsidiary, MyFerryLink, is making losses but being funded by its parent, it could lead to the withdrawal of another service. France disagrees.
