FM Logistic sets up operations in Brazil with purchase of McLane subsidiary

FM Logistic and McLane have announced that they have come to an agreement relating to the purchase of the logistics subsidiary of McLane in Brazil. That buyout is a new stage in the external growth strategy of FM Logistic, coming just one month after the acquisition of Univeg Logistics Russia.
