This is a bit press release-y, but interesting nevertheless. Etihad, which has done an ACMI deal with Atlas Air for a 747-8F (at a rather preferential rate for the Abu Dhabi carrier, according to the word on the street), is launching a round-the-world freighter service. Going from the Middle East via Asia to the US and South America, it will stop briefly in Amsterdam before beginning again.
