Bloomberg has interviewed DHL Express USA’s chief, Ian Clough. In a five-minute video he outlines the growth plans for the US’s third-largest express operator, which hopes to gain more than its current 9% market share. Mr Clough also talks about DHL’s plans in Africa, where it is seeing big growth – especially in Ethiopia, which is moving into the fashion business.
