Freight delays can be expected in southern China as Typhoon Utor makes its way from the Philippines, where it has displaced 100,000 people, to Hainan and Guangdong. According to the South China Morning Post, Hong Kong International Airport has begun to cancel flights, while rail services in southern China have already been disrupted. The typhoon is expected to hit China’s coast tomorrow (Wednesday) morning.
