Poor Frankfurt. If it’s not night flights and the tough grey brigade fighting the airport, it’s carriers in trouble – and now Fraport itself is making life harder. Apparently, the 200 or so tenants of Rhine-Main’s CargoCity South are facing a significant increase in user charges. As a result, some have already left and 18 others have put together a class action lawsuit to fight the rise, which is ear-marked for improving infrastructure. No one is paying until the judgment, expected early next year.
