Ukraine's postal service offers $3m air freight tender

Ukrainian postal operator Ukrposhta has put out a tender for a year-long air freight deal worth $3m, with a November 1 deadline. Currently four airlines, Ukraine International, Lufthansa, KLM and Turkish Airlines, provide services for the postal company. It appears that Ukrposhta has advantages – and disadvantages.
