Procurement seems to be a big topic at the moment. And industry site Spend Matters is wondering whether increasingly loud discussions are worrying or not. This post is a partly a response to a recent Loadstar article in which it argues that the moans of one freight forwarder shouldn’t be of too much concern – although we only used one quote, we had several to choose from and it is something we are starting to hear increasingly frequently.
