Coyne Airways appoints 'BJ' John Batten as managing director

Stalwart of the air freight industry, ‘BJ’ John Batten, is to become managing director of Coyne Airways .

Mr Batten, who announced last month that he was to leave Swissport, where he has headed the cargo division for the past five years, is to manage the all-cargo carrier from Dubai when he starts in September.

“It’s exciting to be moving to Coyne Airways, and I’m looking forward to the challenge,” Mr Batten told The Loadstar.
