Nothing new in the idea that air freight operators have come to rely on the high-tech industry for a large chunk of their revenues, but the numbers in this Bloomberg article are nonetheless surprising. The world’s largest air cargo carrier has benefitted a lot from its compatriot Samsung, especially as the computer and smartphone maker has recently won so much market share from Apple.
