Based on a decision taken by KLM Royal Dutch Airlines’ Supervisory Board on Wednesday, Camiel Eurlings is appointed President & CEO effective 1 July 2013. He will succeed Peter Hartman who has held this position since 1 April 2007. As of 1 July 2013, KLM’s statutory Board of Managing Directors will then consist of Camiel Eurlings, Pieter Elbers and Erik Varwijk. Mr Eurlings joined the KLM board on 1 July 2011.
