Union rejects proposed US railroads pay deal

There is some potentially bad news for Joe Biden and US railroads. Despite recent US promises that there will be no strike, the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employees has rejected the government-backed proposal. So far, only four out of 12 unions have ratified the agreement. Reuters reports.
