It’s all change at the top of iconic Danish toymaker Lego: Jorgen Knudstorp, whose 12 years CEO resulted in the firm enjoying “one of the best turnaround stories in corporate history”, is retiring. Into his shoes steps the man who was at the heart of that supply chain transformation, Bali Padda. His approach to the job is illustrated thus: “The world is being disrupted in many ways.
