Sun Country eyes boxes rather than people with Amazon deal

An interesting analysis of Sun Country’s deal with Amazon, from CrankyFlier. It shows how Sun Country’s operating margin for cargo is now in negative territory for the airline, since 2022. But the article also acknowledges that passenger revenues are starting to get softer, as well as operating margins. The airline told CF that Amazon provides “year-round stability” and “steady flying”. Worth a read.
