MarketWatch reports: “Nissan Motor’s Carlos Ghosn was planning to replace Nissan Chief Executive Hiroto Saikawa before the plan was derailed by Mr. Ghosn’s arrest in Tokyo last month, according to people with knowledge of the matter.”
