The latest Asian country to benefit from the outsourcing revolution is the Philippines, which is seeing large numbers of Japanese manufacturers migrating production facilities there in the wake of the tsunami and subsequent nuclear problems. As foreign manufacturers establish bases there, their suppliers are expected to follow.
