Gartner says PC, tablet and mobile phone shipments to grow 5.9% in 2013

It won’t come as much of a surprise to know that traditional PC shipments will decline 10.6% this year – while tablet shipments will grow a healthy 67.9%. Gartner has come up with some good research on the high-tech market, and what is striking for logistics companies is how much smaller the products are getting. What will the effect be on capacity? And will there be a boost for air freight in the fourth quarter, as new products come out?
