Cyber attack-hit Cosco has issued another set of FAQs relating to its operations. While it noted that “network applications in the Americas have been totally recovered from previous incident”, it also gives advice on the best way to contact it. All communications and company emails are back to normal, it said, and there is no need to re-send emails. Nevertheless, it is keeping its temporary email addresses open, and local websites are not yet open, in the interests of ensuring network security.
