A lot of the talk around re-shoring manufacturing operations to the US has centred on high-value goods, where US factories can compete on cost with China in respect to the value of the final product. But now, even lower-end products are beginning to see returns in relocating to the US – this latest case involves toy manufacturer, although the process is not without its challenges.
