Following its move to form a cargo joint-venture with Lufthansa, Japan’s All Nippon Airways is now looking to develop a similar project with United Airlines covering the transpacific routes. ANA has now applied to Japan’s ministry to transport for clearance, and said the two carriers are looking to “jointly manage transpacific air cargo business activities including scheduling, pricing and sales”.
